Sure creating a life worth living and finding your true happiness within yourself is the purpose of life. However, taking care of your body mind and soul is also so very important to the health of the Neverland you have found and created and your overall well-being.
There are many habits of health that create optimal health and that should be everyone’s objective in life, right? Optimal Health is the answer to be allowed to enjoy what life has to offer. That means that you are living the best life possible and are able to dance through life until their life magically ends at a ripe old age That is the ultimate dream to anyone’s end in this world, right?
I want to be the healthiest version of myself every day so I can live life fully through my adventures that I want to take throughout the remaining of my life. How does one accomplish such lofty ambitions? Can we all truly figure out life and have it all? I hope to help guide you on this path to find your optimal health one habit at a time.
A little more about me, I graduated with my B.S. in Kinesiology, Exercise Science and Minored in Nutrition. I have been a strength trainer and nutrition coach for 4 years. I am extremely passionate about life and helping others succeed. I hope that my education and practice will offer you some guidance in this world of health an wellness.
